In person
What to bring:
your ID (mandatory)
your insurance card (if applicable)
EAP authorization (if applicable)
most recent evidence of custody (if authorizing services for a minor)
What to expect
There is no pressure to prepare anything in advance. Your therapist will guide the conversation.
Your first session is a chance for you and your therapist to get to know each other. They will ask questions about your background, what brings you in, and what you hope to get out of therapy.
If you want to, take a few minutes to think about what you’d like to share or explore.
Building access
Our front door is always locked. To enter the building, you must knock on the door or message your therapist. This is an important safety precaution, and it ensures that sessions are uninterrupted.
